Solution
The login to your web space control panel can be secured by the Google Authenticator 2-factor-authentication. You need to have the Google authenticator app on your smartphone for it. The 2-factor-authentication prevents logins from persons who have stolen your password.
1. Login to your web space control panel.
2. In the menu at the right click on „Google Authenticator“.
3. Check „enable multi-factor-authentication“.
4. Scan the QR code with the Google Authenticator app of your smartphone (add an authenticator entry) and enter the verification code that the app is displaying after the scan into the „verification code“ field of the web space control panel.
5. Click the „OK“ button.
From that time on, after each login to your web space control panel the control panel prompts you to enter the Google Authenticator code that your app is continuously re-calculating.
